Our vegan menu is delicious and popular even with non-vegans and is easy to integrate into your menu options. Most of our dishes can be created as VEGETARIAN and some as VEGAN with minor adjustments ( eg leaving egg out). We rarely use milk & cream in our cooking and always ensure our Vegetarian offer is tasty and well presented, with correct nutrients such as protein as well as being satisfying with the correct balance of salty, sour, astringent, pungent & sweet.
