Secure Your Event Date with Flying WoksBooking your event with Flying Woks is quick and easy. To lock in your date, simply make a deposit of $750.00. This deposit ensures that your event is reserved in our calendar, so you can focus on planning the details at your leisure.

How to Secure Your Booking:

• Step 1: Make a Deposit
  A $750.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via EFT (electronic funds transfer). Please note that credit card payments may incur additional fees.
• Step 2: Confirm Your Date
  If you're ready to secure your event date but haven’t received a quote yet, you can still move forward by making the deposit. Many of our clients choose this option, ensuring their date is secured while final details are being arranged. Simply send the deposit and email us with your requested date.
• Step 3: First Come, First Served
  We operate on a "First In, First Served" basis. Once your deposit appears in our bank statement, your booking is officially added to our calendar. You can then relax, knowing your event date is secured.

Pro Tip: Book as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available. The specifics, like the number of serves, menu choices, timing, and location, can all be finalized later.

​Final Payment Details

• When to Pay:
  The balance of your payment is due on or before your event date. You can pay via EFT, credit card, or cash on the day of the event, directly to your Flying Woks host.
• Late Payments:
  Please note that a 5% surcharge applies if the balance is paid after the event date. Receipts will be provided in the following week.
