Gluten Free Catering is a major part of our menu these days,not a week goes by where we have not tailored a menu to accommodate a coeliac or other gluten intolerant person. In fact over the years we have noticed it is more prevalent and we have done mean functions such as weddings that are completely gluten free.
The great thing about Flying Woks catering for Coeliacs is that many of our dishes are naturally gluten free and if not we can modify many dishes and maintain the essence of the dish.
Secondly as and added bonus your guests will not even know that the dish is gluten free or that we have altered it, still retaining the great flavours & texture of the dish.
