 The team was absolutely wonderful yesterday and we have had rave reviews about the food served. I also wanted to mention that we had one employee that had a nut allergy (that failed to tell us ahead of the day!) and he was so grateful the team were knowledgeable about the ingredients and could confidently point him to the right dish.
 
They were very efficient and needed very little guidance on set up and pack down which was great as the day was a bit hectic as I’m sure you can imagine, and I appreciated their professionalism (and humour 😊).
