"I wanted to write to say thank you for the fantastic catering and overall job you provided at my corporate event on July 14, 2004 for the City of Melbourne/Circus Oz Promotion.

As mentioned, the catering was original and delicious. Your set up, with the new red catering tent, the red uniforms and the Woks really helped add atmosphere and a bit of funkiness to the night. I also appreciated your support and encouragement for the night. It helped me relax and enjoy it more.

I think your staff are very efficient and professional and it is a credit to you for selecting and training them. I don’t think I will ever consider using another catering company again.

I also wanted to pass on the praise I have received from the event industry customers that attended on the night. Many have called to say how fantastic the night was especially the catering. Everyone was very impressed!
